First of all, Mark came out to check an old gas fire and later removed it, making the gas supply safe before later fitting an new electric fire with easy to use remote control. " I strongly recommend Mark. Just brilliant. We've had an on-going issue with our boiler for 12+ months, I called the manufacturer out twice, thinking they were the experts for their own boiler. They failed to fix it and left us with a faulty boiler all year. Mark's reviews are impressive, but I was still worried given my past troubles. This worry was unfounded. " I called Gas Taskforce out to repair an old Alpha combi boiler that had a history of breaking down. I honestly didn't think I had any option but to replace the boiler. I called Mark and he came out same day. It didn't take him long at all to say "I think I know what the problem is". Twenty minutes later he had the boiler stripped out and he reconditioned major parts on the job. I couldn't believe how much knowhow Mark has and couldn't recommend him more highly. " Mark was excellent from start to finish. Firstly he called me within an hour to assist with low and high boiler pressure on two separate occasions which rectified both issues. He then came out just a few days after I reported another fault with our boiler which was causing it to stop working. After just 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part. Just a week later he called to say the new part had arrived and came to fit it the same day. The boiler has worked perfect ever since. I also use Mark to service the boiler every year and he is very thorough. "
